similar device.
* § 202-a. Payment of fees and other charges by credit card or similar
device. Notwithstanding any provision of law, rule or regulation to the
contrary, the commissioner with the assistance and approval of the state
comptroller may establish a system, either on an experimental or
permanent basis, for the payment of all or any specific fees, fines,
security bonds and/or civil penalties which the commissioner is
authorized to collect by credit card or similar device.
